We definitely did the quick 2-day tourist version of Yellowstone, which I readily acknowledge barely scratches the surface of the 3472 square mile park. After the wedding, we made our way toward Yellowstone via the Beartooth Highway. This stretch of road has been called the “most beautiful drive in America,” and is only open a few months out of the year because of snow and other extreme weather conditions. The main event was huge, with over 200 people in attendance. Even more impressive given the remote location.
