I knew I’d made the big time when Shoeline.com offered to send me a pair of any shoes on their site for free. They are a relatively new partner on Shoes ‘R Us but the early results have been great. And since this is the first pair of free shoes I’ve gotten in my 5 years in the online footwear game, it’s definitely worthy of a shout-out.
Since my hiking boots are kind of old (and completely void of waterproofing, as I discovered on our Mt. Baker climb), I thought I’d try a new pair. These are the new Hi-Tec Altitude IV‘s. I’m looking forward to trying them out soon!
