Here’s a map of 2008 foreclosure-density by county from USA Today.  We’re right in the middle of the party!

california-foreclosuresWe recently learned that at least 7 units of our 96-unit condo/townhouse complex are in foreclosure.  No wonder the value of our place has dropped 40% in 2 years!
